6yIt definitely seems like you need assistance with understanding the compensation plan - as you are in full control of it. Our commission is paid on a Per Hour performance... it is shown and tracked everywhere. If you work 15 or 60 hours in a week, it goes back to what did you do during those hours. If you use best practices and pushed hard then there should not be a problem with commission! If you milked the clock well then... that could be why you are upset. Accelerator and Decelerators are ways for you to make MORE commission! “See Accelerator”. These are minimum levels of performance that need to be achieved and we track them for every employee daily... if you missed out on them, then you were not performing at minimum levels in certain key metrics. YOU have control over what you do with each hour worked. YOU have control with what items you perform at while working. I understand It’s easy to not want to own the performance and to blame the plan but other have the same tools you do and they crush it.
