The company is always looking for growth which creates ample opportunity for personal advancement and Senior leadership including the owner and VP are personal and truly appreciate the work of everyone that’s part of the company. Connectivity Source actually invest in EACH team member and that’s even more evident during this tough time we are currently in. No layoffs, but finding a way to still allow people to provide for themselves and their families.
