5yI am sorry to see how you perceived your time at Connectivity Source. Obviously your “pros” are misleading. We paid everyone salary / hourly + Commission during stores being closed for COVID shutdown. We offer full benefits. Amazing contests and awards for monthly / yearly performance. Competitive pay + Automatic raises based on how you perform. 401k match. Remember, as a Store Manager, it is up to you to hire people and you are also the one that creates your schedules... not sure how we can be blamed for that. If you have problems with pay, we are always here to fix it. Please reach out to hr@connectivitysource.net and they can solve any issues you had.
