5yLeaders should always do and stick by what they say. “Difficult conversations” are called difficult for a reason. Generally they are hard to hear but someone has to say them. If you would like to have a conversation, we have an open door policy. Being “Senior Leadership” you should know that and ask questions if there is something you do not understand.
