      The company has gone 100% remote, which is great but does make it harder for new people coming in. They have also been much harder on removing average talent than they have in the past, with a number of people let go over the past year. While this has added to many folks workload it has actually improved job satisfaction as I am far more in control of my client relationships. Lots of flexibility and choices of when you work including flexible time off which I love as I have a family.

      micromanagement is excessive... you may be remote but if you need to get up and stretch your legs and take more than a few minutes, you will get a phone call asking what you are doing and if you plan on "actually working" for the day. They hold you accountable if your closer does not close deals... I was setting 10-15 meetings per week and my closer who was 'supposed" to be a seasoned closer only closed 2 deals which I then had to fight for my commission which wasn't what we agreed on in my contract...
