Personal motivation plays a significant role in feeling a sense of progress. The people at Connex Telecommunication are pleasant to work with, although many of them are typical "dev nerds" who are quiet and focused on their own work. However, they are willing to help if asked and are enthusiastic about debugging and handling production incidents for you. The company also organizes team building events like BBQ, Volleyball and etc, and some members drink a lot. As a consulting/PS company, you could get numerous opportunities to work on exciting projects for diverse customers. You'll encounter a wide range of technologies and have the chance to expand your skill set and knowledge, making each day at work stimulating and rewarding.
