Connexin is a company that dreams big and the encouragement for staff to do the same is promoted. If you have an idea it's listened to. The big one for me is how everyone takes account of their actions and gives praise to the great things you do. You are challenged on ideas constructively and have flexibility within your role. I've seen people progress in the company or find opportunities in new departments where they want to learn new things and the company is happy to support the further development of their existing members. There is so much focus on charitable causes, with 2 days offered fully paid if you'd like to donate some time to help/raise money for a charity. There are tonnes of incentives that would take forever to write here.
