Great Environment Lots of Opportunities Good Compensation Upbeat Management This is a great place to work if you do what is asked of you (which isn't difficult). There is opportunity, not only to make a decent amount of money, but also to move into different roles in the company. Conney has made great strides to show their employees that they do care about them and management wants to do everything they can to make sure people who are pulling their weight are happy here.

Negativity Among Low Performers Honestly, the biggest pain point here is the constant complaining of the people who aren't putting the effort in. If you are looking for a job you can coast through, look elsewhere. This is a place for serious sales people who want to drive sales and make the most of their time here. If you are able to rise to the occasion and ignore the few negative individuals, there isn't a problem.
