I don't see any negatives as an employee. They are always working towards the right goals, in my opinion.

Gave a bonus if we stayed on when other employees kept leaving.

Way too many to list. High turn over rate with extreme workload. When I asked my direct manager for help with the workload I didn’t get any help. They throw you in the fire when they are the ones holding the flame.
