      - great flexibility when it comes to work schedule and work/life balance - a lot of good engineers willing to help each other out across offices/states - a lot better pay compared to competitors in the area - great vacation time and benefits - maternity/paternity leave, although not a lot, most places don’t even offer it - good in-house training opportunities

      - the industry can be stressful at times with project schedules, however this is an issue at any firm

      Ensuring that tasks hit 40 weekly hours was a struggle at first, but has vastly improved as projects/workload has stabilized.
