      Products and prices are very solid compared to competition. There are a lot of opportunities to learn and employees at all levels are able to participate in various efforts.

      Growth for top performing young talent is limited due to a leveling system and traditional views of tenure at each level. Diversity is discussed frequently, yet it is not meaningfully implemented, especially within the Sales organization.

      Coworkers are all intelligent and overall good people to spend 12hrs a day with.

      The department is perpetually understaffed. You’ll never actually work an 8hr shift, because no one is dumb enough to vote for that schedule. There’s not enough operators to fill the schedule without being forced all the time for 16hr shifts. Be prepared to be forced for OT on a regular basis even with a 12hr schedule. If your family is important, then this probably is not a good long-term plan. You’re going to miss sports, holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, etc. You live at work and home is a place you sleep. The company might advertise company holidays, but that just means you get paid a little more for being here on those days.
