      Flexible workplace, GREAT benefits, telecommuting potential, location is amazing, the company is all about sports and fun! You work with some really good people who care about their employees. It's not really a hard place to work because management is so busy.

      Coworkers are all intelligent and overall good people to spend 12hrs a day with.

      The department is perpetually understaffed. You’ll never actually work an 8hr shift, because no one is dumb enough to vote for that schedule. There’s not enough operators to fill the schedule without being forced all the time for 16hr shifts. Be prepared to be forced for OT on a regular basis even with a 12hr schedule. If your family is important, then this probably is not a good long-term plan. You’re going to miss sports, holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, etc. You live at work and home is a place you sleep. The company might advertise company holidays, but that just means you get paid a little more for being here on those days.
