Everything else. HR takes weeks to set up new employees. Management and employees are constantly replaced. Culture is toxic. Keep your head down or get chopped. Many employees have left the company because complains of harassment from management went no where. Ask around the industrial park (all of exit 30) and all others will WARN YOU! Stay away!
