Overworked, under paid, and under appreciated

I have had a great experience working at this company. The culture is one of the best aspects as it values its employees and fosters a people-focused environment. There’s a strong emphasis on inclusivity and diversity, making everyone feel valued and respected. The company is modern and forward-thinking, always looking to stay ahead in its industry and implementing innovative solutions. Hybrid office hours are a huge plus, offering flexibility to maintain a good work-life balance.

Salaries are less competitive and there are very little opportunities for growth and career development. One downside to the company is the location. The office is situated in Cape Town, and while the city itself is beautiful, access and parking can be difficult, especially during peak hours. It can be a bit of a challenge for those commuting to and from the office.
