Svantaggi
I was working at another call center in tempe when i was offered this job, it literally sounded AMAZING. 3.25 more than what i was making, free health care, company is expanding so room for growth, lots of schedules to choose from, etc etc etc. They make it sound SO amazing and its terrible. my biggest complaint is that the supervisors do what they want, and each supervisor does things differently. so far i have not had my permanent supervisor give me one single direction that was the same as i got in training. which led to me failing calls and looking stupid more times than i'd care to admit. the attendance policy is ridiculous, i understand you need your employees there but you also need to keep employees around and nobody is happy with these policies. the trainers are extremely sarastic and make the trainees feel stupid when asking a question. its just not as good of a place as they like to portray with all the fluff they throw in. within the first week, almost half my training class was gone. as someone else mentioned it's a good place to make a quick buck while finding a more permanent position where you can actually breath and not walk on eggshells. Also they put you in a schedule giving you no options. i was lucky enough to be in the top 5 so i got to kind of choose but in reality they hardly took what i had to say into consideration. theres no reason you cant rank employees by performance/attendance or SOMETHING and let the top performers choose first, then middle performers, bottom and so on.
