No in office drama because you are always too busy on the phones. Pretty good TSS support team when you need help. Bring snacks and do a lot of employee appreciation stuff.

Hype up working from home, but phone system is so out of date that even if your internet is high speed, it still doesn't work. Although they give you a set schedule, they disband teams and you could wind up with a schedule change that doesn't work for you even though they tell you that a schedule that works for you is their number one priority. TSS can be rude or condescending, also some refuse to take over the call even when they are supposed to. Although you have a four week training class it is nothing like being out on the phones. Not fully prepared and a lot of the stuff you deal with they do not train you enough on. Troubleshooting training is not detailed or long enough.
