A lot of positive changes have been implemented here since the Company transferred ownership in October 2020. The inflexible attendance policy was replaced with something more pragmatic and flexible. The sometimes draconian CPH were made advisory instead of mandatory, which allows agents to grow into their position at their own pace. As a TSS, new management has consistently increased my access to tools that will help me do my job without having to rely on othersl. The supervisors here are awesome!

When I first started here, everybody was afraid of the old attendance policy and the Company lost a lot of employees as a result. That has since changed. There is not a lot of sick time available, and I was disappointed that the Company had no paid sick leave for Covid. :-(
