Vantaggi
The benefits are good if you do not have a family, they are paid 100% for the single employee. The company in general has a good mission and a good target.
Svantaggi
The call center in Redmond is what makes the company fail. From as long as I was there, they were always trying to reinvent the wheel for what works for them. They used to have an open door policy where you can talk to the call center managers/senior supervisors, but that went way along the wayside. Communication from top down is the worst that I've ever been a part of. I would imagine that is because the call center managers believe that they are rogue and want to insist upon doing everything different than what the company asks of them. The turnover rate is probably more than what T-Mobile was before they left the building. The Supervisors have become a joke. If you can make it in the Supervisor training program, good luck staying on if you aren't in with the managers. It's a dog eat dog environment because everything comes from the COO, and this is truly detrimental to a growing company. Leadership doesn't take feedback, but they are quick to give you feedback when you do something wrong.
