I've been working at the agency for over 4 years. The agency has a really nice office location with amazing views. They have snacks they buy from Sam's. They do happy hours every other Friday, but almost no one stays for them. And they do pay health insurance and for your parking.

The cons are many and they outweigh the good reasons to work for them: -Lack of leadership -Client focused and lack of care for employees -Long hours and work on weekends is very the norm (they don't pay you for those extra hours) -Management is not focused on developing employees, but just making more profits. -Lack of a creative department -Lack of company culture These key reasons lead to high employee turnover. They are always seeking new account managers and social media managers. I would highly recommend you seek to join another agency.

-Offer paid health insurance -Pay for car parking (100% covered by agency) -Office views are amazing -Administration coordinates activities for employees -Team in Colombia is good and hard working

Although there are nice perks, the cons do outweigh the good reasons to work for them. -CEO/Leadership is not involved and only seeking to maximize his profits -Account Leadership managing everything else apart from Banco Popular is back stabbing and only looking out for his best interest and commission. Lack of leadership there. -Lack of Creative department due to lack of leadership. -Lack of Human Resources -Overwork and weekend work without over time pay -Clients are high demanding and agency only cares about their business and not your well-being -Leaders are more involved in parties than in employee development -No growth and you are subject to staying under leaderships liking to keep your job
