ContactsUs has provided many jobs and opportunities to an area that truly needed help. The atmosphere from the top to bottom has been wonderful. The HR and recruiting department works magic each and every time a class is needed. There has always been a saying that HR has an open door policy and this is a very true statement. Any conflicts, questions, assistance etc. is never questioned and always ends with the best resolution possible. Everyone inside of the company works as a team and has great communication between management and agent level. The company has remodeled out entire building and in my opinion it has never looked better. ContactUs is always making sure that the agents (who are our frontline) are involved in a lot of decisions, whether it is for incentive ideas, what kind of chairs are needed, ice machines, etc.. they truly want to make their employees jobs as easy as possible. I can honestly say I am proud to work for this company and that if I refer someone to work here that they will have the same feeling. This is the best call center company I have ever worked for and I have been in this industry for 10 years. Our corporate office is very involved and visits at least once a month to ensure everything is running smoothly and that just goes to show how much the company cares about their employees.
