Management plays favorites until even their favorites make a mistake then they turn on them too. If you are a favorite you get the hours you need, promotions, bonuses and the best clients but if they don't like you then forget it you are dead in the water. They require weekly mandatory meetings at YOUR expense, they take AWAY hours whenever they want and all the work you did was for FREE. The training they give is training you can get on your own by going to youtube or the site of the program and they require you do mandatory work on YOUR time. They then have the gall to tell you that you CAN'T work anywhere with those skills you learned (on your own time) or came in with for two years, online or in a brick and mortar. After you leave they stalk your social media accounts hoping to see you post something saying you are working in a field they deem it is "what they do" so they can email you threatening to take you to court. They use intimidation to keep their VA's in line, use excuses to not give the promised bonuses or raises and treat you as a second class citizen unless you are their favorite. I would never recommend this company unless of course you love to belittled, intimidated and broke all the time!!!!! Their "open door policy" Is used against you when your evaluation comes around, they tell the person you are having issues with what was discussed and like to keep the VAs in a state of paranoia not knowing who to trust. They demand you give part of the few hours you actually get to train the new people and you get the pleasure of correcting their mistakes for FREE. They take any client that has the money to pay and when there is a clear issue with that client they blame the VA not the client for those issues, they tell you they have your back when in fact they do NOT. They have definite ethical issues and not worth the time or energy.
