Some managers and team leaders display unprofessional and toxic behavior. No fixed logout time. Employees are expected to log in at 10:00 AM, but there is little respect for work-life balance or working hours. Management often expects employees to follow decisions without asking questions or sharing feedback. Constructive discussions and employee opinions are generally not encouraged.
