      Some teams are really good on motivating people.

      pathetic payment and some teams do not have vision on the projects to be done. The payment and rating of the engineer is very absurd and do not make sense. pregnant ladies are rated more just because she is pregnant. And so many suck jokes go on with the rating.

      Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
