The General Manager had anger management and over confidence issues (everything has to come his way or you were not qualified). Not a slight feeling of working as a team, from management to operative teams. They are not open to innovative ideas, and marketing spend was already compromised to GM ideas. HR is useless to retain talent or even listen to people. Clients perceive the lack of internal alignment and excess of management egos and as a consequence they keep losing market share. Locally, there is no alignment to any global company values.
