I do believe leadership genuinely wants to hear from employees and is open to feedback to help improve the workplace. There are opportunities for staff to share their thoughts, although not everyone chooses to speak up. While it's impossible to make everyone happy all the time, it's important to remember that ConvenientMD is a business that must balance supporting our patients, caring for our teams, and remaining financially sustainable. Overall, I appreciate that the company continues to seek employee input while working to meet the needs of both staff and patients.

My experience with this company was disappointing. Management was overly controlling and often came across as bullying rather than supportive. Employees were treated as resources rather than people, with little regar for work-life balance or personal circumstance. Staff were frequently floated to different locations without consideration. The company seemed more focused on maximizing profits than investing in employee well-being, morale, or retention.
