Don't bother with Converga. - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Converga

I worked at Converga in Auckland, New Zealand, fulltime for 7 years. In that entire time my pay increased by maybe 50 cents/hr over a 7 year period, so by the time I left, I was still only earning $15.50/hr which is slightly above minimum wage for NZ. The pay is shockingly low! Very unprofessional management. Very little scope for promotion. Most people who work for Converga NZ, are poorly educated and not very bright. Some can barely speak English!
