Amazing culture, tons of sales training, excellent product.

Not a lot of product/technology training.

Colleagues are nice, not a toxic environment

Going downhill fast. A lot of turnover and very little merit increases. The pay is significantly less than other companies. Little room for advancement opportunities. Lack of leadership throughout and one is always having to manage up.
