I oversee HR for Convetit, which gives me some unique insights that may help give a more comprehensive view of the company.

Tom, the CEO, takes a proactive role supporting the group with team building activities and daily “stand-up” meetings where company plans are shared with the entire team and dialogue is encouraged.

This beginning, fast-growth phase has been a time for the company to learn what works and what doesn’t. This did lead to more resignations and terminations, initially . However, as Convetit evolves and the culture becomes better defined, the management team seems to have a better understanding of what works for the company and the turnover rate continues to decrease - a positive change for the company.
