The people around are cool, but there is a communication gap between junior and senior level. They have a lot of their own family members and their is a lot of politics. Appraisals are poor. Paid very less for the amount of work that will be taken out of you. Some senior managers and VPs are taking undue advantage of their position. HR's dont have a say at all. Its all in the hands of Vp, senior and project managers. The experience will worsen after an year or so when the responsibility increases.
