While the exposure to a wide range of technologies could be seen as a positive, in reality, I often feel pressured to learn multiple new tools concurrently. This creates a sense of overwhelm and can hinder deep understanding. A more focused approach to training and development, with opportunities to master one tool before moving on to the next, would be more beneficial for both employee growth and overall productivity.

Unfortunately, my experience at this company has been overwhelmingly negative. The work environment fosters a culture of overwork, with employees consistently juggling multiple projects and facing pressure to work beyond regular hours, including weekends. Management seems to not only condone this overwork but actively promotes it. Adding to the challenge, there's a noticeable lack of technical expertise within the leadership team. This often leads to situations where I have to take on tasks beyond my role or provide guidance that should ideally come from senior management. The workload distribution is also uneven, with some employees clearly overburdened. Furthermore, the company's policies on leave are inflexible and make it difficult to take time off, even for legitimate reasons like illness. This creates an environment where employees feel pressured to work even when unwell. Compensation is another area of concern, with minimal or no annual salary increases. The workday is often filled with unproductive meetings, adding to the sense of inefficiency. The absence of technically capable senior figures further hinders productivity and professional development. Overall, this company's culture and practices create a stressful and unsustainable work environment. I would strongly advise potential employees to consider these issues before joining.
