Stability They don't lay people off. Easy Work Good Work-personal life balance

They don't fire people. Lots of under performers Profit share and incentive are not motivational. It is always the same and from an average employees perspective they just expect it. Management structure has been in flux lately. Not going anywhere unless your in the in group. Seems to keep adding multiple titles to the elite, but never promoting to fill these new roles. pay is way below industry standard needs to be more proactive to stay current
