Pay is okay. Lots of good people in the field/trying to hold things together.

Svantaggi

Company grew too fast w/o strategy. Now it's too big and flailing. No empathy or humanity left in Brea. Becoming another generic big employer where people are cost on a balance sheet. Poor communication from HR, lots of changes in practices, no interest in how employees feel. Top-down orders being given all day long. Disagreement ignored or met with anger.

Average day is 12 hours a day with next to no support from management. Alot of the techs are really green and cause more harm than good. The good techs carried the . Alot of secrets, lies and ghost policies that are always changing. I was their top productive tech but when I put my notice in, they wouldnt pay vacation out and abrubtly terminated me. I tried to give hr feedback to improve but no respondes. I worked out of mn, so other branched may be different. 0/10
