Incompetent and somewhat lazy HR Department. Middle and Upper management not the best either. A lot of favoritism and unfairness. Very high turnover. Heavy workloads and low salaries (below average for any given position). Accounting and insurance departments very dysfunctional. Ancient and inadequate technology systems. Benefits package not good. The health benefit plan had such a high premium and high deductible that some employees went uninsured as coverage was unaffordable when paired with the low salaries. Not much opportunity for advancement.
