Poor leadership, allowing older male employee to harass multiple young girls, leaving them in tears and scared to come into work, along with around poor behaviour. “Longest standing employee” thought he ran the place but started to develop a bad taste in his mouth when it became obvious no one respected him and upper management viewed him as a joke, giving him special titles to try and stop him from always complain, haha this place I could go on all day.
