CDI does positive work and employees are highly motivated to work hard, as they value the work that they are doing. CDI has also been working on the way that the organization functions internally: clarifying roles, responsibilities, decision making, strategic initiatives, etc.; resulting in a healthy, transparent organization that values and incorporates employee ideas and feedback. Great place to work!

Not really 'Cons', but things to keep in mind: CDI's goals for transformation of the economy are wide ranging, so there is always work to be done. Not a job for or a place for people who want to just 'coast'. This is also a virtual organization with everyone working from home, so you have to be self motivated and disciplined.
