Financially stable company, good benefits, many good people.

Constant staffing challenges due to staffing model. Employee burn out due to constant extra hours supporting CAT events and being understaffed. Favoritism and clicks , different standards for different employees depending upon connections. People are fired for insignificant offenses while Senior management gets away worse behavior. Upper management preaches an employee culture but has a different set of standards for themselves.
