Highly toxic work environment. Floor management and directors likes to hide and cover things up. They never take accountability for the way they make their employees feel. It is a blame game with them. Trust me management/HR on the 15th floor is aware but does not care. You will be made to feel as if you are walking on eggshells and will lose your job at the slightest mistake. The job is not hard at all. Has the potential to be great however the work culture is not diverse. As an employee your feedback/input does not matter nor will they ask for ways to improve. You do things the copart way or be terminated. The turnover rate is ridiculous. They are always hiring because they can not keep people. They expect you to give your life and throw up in your face you are expected to work in that environment because of your pay. They will have you train people with no experience in your same position with higher pay yet tell you that you must earn your way to what they are paid. The yard teams will blame title procurement for everything and are extremely rude even with a customer on the line. Please for the sake of your mental health believe the reviews on this place even on different job searching platforms. There is no way this many former employees are lying. 6 months in and I was running for the hills!

Work from home. Things are constantly changing. Positions open up but manager has to approve you and put your name out there.

My manager was very unhelpful when my position as a team lead was eliminated. I've been here 5 years plus before COVID and I'm back to square one. I feel there should have been a back up plan for us. They want you now to do the work that a lead does but for absolutely no more money.
