Employees are disposable. Hollow thanks for hard work during a pandemic, where employees bent over backwards, the company made record profits, and pay reviews/bonuses not happening 'because of Covid'. Zero investment into people in most teams. Severe micro management. Teams are expected to deliver huge results with minimal resource. Reward for getting it done is more pressure - most people who have left see it as a relief. I'm desperate to find a new role, but the experience almost seems damaging when looking for a new job elsewhere.
