If you enjoy being asked to complete pointless exercises and have mindless conferences calls there are plenty to go around. 36 hours worth of work to be done in the workday, and it was due yesterday. The company needs to develop specific specialized personnel for several very time consuming tasks. As of now far too much falls on the GM position.
