Treat staff like animals, covid ripped through the office and everyone was still made to go in and work. Under manager level staff only get 20 days holiday. Treated so different to managers. The company could not run without theses staff. Toxic office environment, the usual if your face fits your fine, otherwise the people that have worked here all their life hate you. Systems date back to 1980s. Still use an AS400. Company needs to invest in staff and infrastructure to match their growth plans.
