Vacation time doesn't increase to more than 3 weeks regardless of amount of time with company. Pay also doesn't match up to years with company. Used to be room to grow within but long term employees seem to be constantly held back while jobs are given to inexperienced employees who we have to train. We shouldn't have to train our managers. Yards are always run short staffed which adds to stress levels and toxic environment. Used to feel more like a family run company who really cared for their employees instead of just being a numbers company. (Employee of 30 years)
