They prey on recent grads and low income population to work at their facilities with minimum wage, untrained managers, angry customers, little to know training for the staff, no guarantee of yearly raises, low morale, money hungry upper management and poor working conditions. You will have no boundaries with your personal like (ZERO work life balance) and you will get no support from other managers or corporate. You will have to figure everything out your self.
