Our people - at all levels have made my experience at joining Copper easy. Copper is a great opportunity to learn from talented, driven and focussed colleagues. The strategic vision and direction for our product and organization. It not only feels like but we are also seeing signs that the company is heading in the right direction. We all have the ability to wear many hats and to contribute cross-functionally to other internal initiatives like Copper Cares and Culture Team. My manager, regularly mentors and encourages our team to build out our toolkit. Provides regular recommendations for resources/ learning opportunities. When I'm speaking to candidates and anyone in general - It's easy for me to answer, "Why did you choose Copper? What do I like most about it?! Tell me about the culture at Copper..."

This is not a con -but a work in progress. Our Canadian team presence is not even one year old, so there are opportunities to evaluate our current systems and develop processes for our Canadian employees. The minute we identify areas for improvement - we prioritize our resources to do better.
