Generally an easy going atmosphere, because nobody cares! A lot of the staff are very nice people.

when its busy they hire lots of people, then cut everybodys hours after christmas. Management are ignorant and dont listen to employees. No possibility of progression. They make you work erratic shifts. Force you to stay extremely late. No overtime. Customers are basically allowed do whatever they want, esp if they're GAA players. The place is freezing during winter.
