      The salary as a teller is better than most of the other banks. There is not much of a sales culture as there is with other banks.

      There is not much growth opportunity at Coppermark. There is a high turnover ratio, and communication with other departments can be aggravating.

      Vantaggi

      Executives meet with everyone from lenders to tellers. Easy to find mentors. The top people in the bank are very down to earth and nice. Very good culture and teamwork. They frequently place very high in the Greater OKC Chamber of Commerce's Best Places to Work.

      Svantaggi

      They probably don't pay quite as well as larger banks like chase or bok. IT stuff is out of date (computers, software, internet, etc).
