Not enough shifts to work

Breakfast/lunch buffet for workers, amazing pool coordinator/pool manager. Some friendly managers inside club.

Rude management of club, they expect you to do things that can be impossible some times such as extreme cleanliness of pool deck when you’re their alone and have people in pool to watch. Work extremely long shifts alone so no lifeguard rotation= no breaks on busy days. No pay raises after working for a while. Teaching lessons without being paid or trained for teaching lessons. No proper equipment such as AED defibrillator.
