You’ll have a long career here if you just nod along to whatever the CEO says and wants - .., if you have half a brain and a voice of your own you’ll end up leaving, the CEO thinks she invented recruitment! CEO has a sidekick MD who lurches from one manic episode to the next and is basically just the CEOs lacky and is your best friend one day then screaming at you the next. They’ve lost so many great members of staff in recent years because of this and burn through graduates (do not believe the lies they spin) Avoid avoid avoid
