They were plenty.... before the addition of "The biggest client in our history".

SDA Staff is completely underwater since adding the last client Inadequate training for handling new clients Inappropriately staffed before adding new clients Being told by Leadership that we are being under-utilized Processes that only create more time spent, which causes utilization issues Not holding clients to company standard technology stacks Forcing staff to use multiple, antiquated systems that create undo stress and decreased utilization

The benefits were decent and the flexibility was nice. Appreciate the multitude of opportunities to network and travel. Some of the folks are really awesome and helpful.

Absolute trash at training anyone. Expects green engineers to know 10+ years worth of stuff that Principals would find difficult. If you manage to overcome all that and still make things work, you still get fired because management has an ego and hates seeing someone self taught and a minority succeed. Was set up to fail from the moment I was begrugendly brought on to the team.
