Extremely weak management: Leadership has very little understanding of the technical work they assign. Directions are vague, unrealistic, and often given without any planning. This causes constant confusion and unnecessary pressure on the team. No respect for working hours: Management frequently appears near the end of the workday and calls unexpected meetings that run 1–2 hours past office time without overtime pay. This became a regular practice and made it difficult to maintain work-life balance. Family-dominated leadership: Most key management positions are held by members of the same family. Decisions are made last minute, communication is poor, and accountability is lacking. Lack of professional culture: Instead of structured management, employees are often told to “just do it” without proper requirements, guidance, or technical understanding. This results in inefficient workflows and frustration for the team. And CEO always telling "I am the CEO" as if we have to memorize it. Little opportunity for growth: The absence of planning, mentorship, and proper processes makes it very hard for employees to develop their skills or advance.
