Vantaggi

This company is a joke. It's door to door selling. I, unfortunately, took the position and was the biggest mistake of my life.

Svantaggi

You have to knock on peoples door from nowhere and it's not fun to go to random peoples house and ask if they want to fix the roof. The interview process was professional and they sold me on this job. Not recommended if you have an actual job already. I did the mistake of leaving an amazing company to door to door selling and i regret it all the way but i am done in about a week.

Vantaggi

The environment is great, everyone is really sweet, management is eager to help you develop the skills necessary for you to succeed. Huge emphasis on having fun and contributing to a positive atmosphere.

Svantaggi

If you're lazy, you won't last. Being a team player, keeping an open mind, and maintaining a positive outlook are key.

Vantaggi

The environment is great! Everyone is willing to help you improve your professional skills. Upon arrival, you are welcomed with open arms. Everyone learns your name and you become a part of the family! Employees go out for lunch together and participate in weekly team outings. There is definitely a sense of family and togetherness.

Svantaggi

The interview process is quick. If you apply today, you’ll be working tomorrow. On your first day, you’re given a script to memorize and you spend an hour practicing your pitch. You are then are given 3 days to pick up on the skills to be a successful salesman and to learn the psychological aspects to your potential consumer. On the 4th day you are out on your own going door to door in hopes of getting a “lead”. You come to the office dressed in business professional and then stop at Walgreens prior to visiting the neighborhoods to change into different clothes and then is told to change back into business professional upon arrival to the office to debrief. The job descriptions are misleading. I was not told that this would be a “door-to-door” internship. There is no base pay, you don’t learn this until your second interview, your pay is 100% comission. So If you are not content with spending long hours (2pm-8pm) outside walking door-to-door, I do not insist on you applying.
